MEDICAL GRADE AUTOCLAVES

At Star Nails & Spa, we take cleanliness very seriously.  Nail salons can be a breeding ground for all kinds of germs and infections.  In order to give our customers the cleanest environment we can, we have installed medical grade autoclaves at all four of our sparkling clean locations.  Autoclaves use high temperature and high pressure to sterilize instruments.  It is the same process they use in hospitals to clean instruments in the operating rooms.  Many nail salons do not care enough to invest in this sterilization technology and simply dip their tools in acetone which is only partially effective.

SEALED, STERILIZED TOOLS

When tools come out of the autoclave, we seal them in individual packets.  These packets are opened in front of you at your manicure or pedicure station.  Used tools get returned to the Clean Room for sterilization in the autoclave and re-sealed.

DISPOSABLE FILES AND BUFFS 

Every client receives their own nail file and buff.  Re-using a file or a buff can be a prime cause of ailments in a nail salon.  Feel free to ask your technician to take home the file and buff used for your service.  Star Nails & Spa values your health, and we go the extra mile for you.
